- Correspond with business units for all types of contractual requirements, legal advice, sensitizing on legal risks, implications of new laws and process requirements

- Keep abreast of local and regional legal developments and conduct research to deliver well-informed legal opinions and advice

- Supporting legal and regulatory compliance matters

- Support and keep track of regulatory requirements and changes including competition / anti-trust laws, anti-bribery laws, environmental health & safety, data privacy etc.

- Draft, review and maintain compliance related documents, such as company regulations and policies

- Contribute to and support conduct of annual Legal & Compliance Training

- Liaise with external law firms in Singapore and in the APAC Region when necessary

- To perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree of Laws (LLB) / Diploma In Legal Studies, with 1-3 years of relevant legal / paralegal experience

- Good understanding of Contract law and experience in contract drafting and review

- Proficient in computer skills for MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Access for Windows PCs)
