Job Description

The Security Executive is responsible for overseeing the security operations at various locations/ sites in Singapore, ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets. This role involves managing a team of security personnel, coordinating with various departments, and handling security incidents and emergencies.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Team Management:

• Supervise and manage a team of security personnel.

The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 5 years of experience working on direct and indirect tax matters, with expertise in areas including, but not limited to: Thai tax law, corporate income tax, withholding tax, value added tax, specific business tax, stamp duty, inheritance tax, double taxation treaties, stages of tax disputes eg. tax audit process, appeal process, court proeedings.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting and/or reviewing of legal agreements and documents
• Conduct legal research and other research on SGX listed companies and matters relating to SGX listing rules
• Assist in corporate secretarial and SGX listing compliance work including drafting and/or reviewing of resolutions, announcements and shareholders circulars for listed companies, corporate governance and compliance matters, and dealing with ACRA
• Assist in any other duties as assigned by the Director and lawyers

Requirements:

• Degree in Law or equivalent with 1 to 2 years of post-qualification experience in the area of corporate
• Good writing and communication skills in English
• Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel)
• Possess initiative, positive attitude and able to work independently
