Key Responsibilities

• Support internal stakeholders on the drafting, review and negotiations on a broad range of contracts, such as vendor engagements, NDAs, software licensing agreements, and other corporate and commercial activities.

Key Job Accountabilities

Qualifications:

Job Description & Requirements

• Proactively manage the diary and daily schedule of partners/lawyers, resolving potential issues.
• Handle partners/lawyers’ inboxes and phone calls, prioritizing key communications and responding as needed.
