Key Responsibilties

(A) Development and management of competency framework:

• Project manage the development and update of competency framework for legal industry
• Consult and collaborate with relevant stakeholders for the development and update of competency framework
• Conduct studies, including interviews and focus groups, to ensure frameworks are updated and relevant to the legal industry

(B) Development and maintenance of training roadmap

• Coordinate with training providers and partners to produce a training roadmap for the legal industry, according to the competency framework.

(C) Industry engagement

Key Specification

Legal & Compliance Manager

You will play a lead role in managing the Contractors in the construction of new MRT Lines and / or enhancement to Existing Lines. • Develop, implement, and drive compliance of IT General Controls throughout UTAC Organization (multi sites and multi system environment) through corporate policies, processes, standards, procedures, and technologies.

What this position is about – Purpose

The GTR Legal Manager will be responsible for providing legal advice to the GTR business on all legal matters affecting its operations.
