• Coordinating between shippers, consignees and air carriers.

• Entering import shipment information into the system.
• Receive, review, and process documents, follow up with origin offices for clarifications and resolutions on paperwork, and follow all processes to ensure smooth completion.
• Establishing and maintaining a positive relationship with customers and vendors.
• Providing classification recommendations to customer with approval.
• Coordinating and preparing all necessary import documentation.
• Responding to any customer questions concerning import milestones, shipment status, and charges.

Requirements
