Mission

As an experienced IT Project Management Officer, you will oversee PMO activities for IT Production Services, supporting senior management with daily operations, tracking projects, and providing reports. This position is for PMO inside PCM section in charge of the global monitoring and reporting around CCS activities (+350 FTE developing and maintaining solutions for Cash Management and Corporate Banking business lines including 3 strategic projects).

This position aims primarily to cover all PMO activities of the department. KPI project supervision as well as all staff plan and budget activities in coordination with Head of Sections and other CCS PMOs.

Position

This position is for PMO inside PCM section in charge of the global monitoring and reporting around CCS activities (+350 FTE developing and maintaining solutions for Cash Management and Corporate Banking business lines including 3 strategic projects).

This position aims primarily to cover all PMO activities of the department. KPI project supervision as well as all staff plan and budget activities in coordination with Head of Sections and other CCS PMOs.

The PMO is actively supporting the continuous improvement and change management journey of the department. In addition the candidate will support the heads of CCS on their weekly agenda.

Main responsibilities

PMO activities

• Project monitoring per releases,
• Budget consolidation and follow-up,
• Follow-up and update the global staff plan,
• Follow and update the project risks portfolio
• Update the budget tools and PMO referentials
• Follow the production of the project documentation
• Produce the global projects dashboard for Cash Management Transformation program
• Support the managers to produce the follow-up dashboard (Risk, Quality KPI, Alert, Planning, Budget)
• Contribute to the change management of CCS
• Coordination with global stakeholders.

Continuous improvement and change management

• Evaluate the efficiency of the current project management process
• Propose improvements in accordance with our internal project management methodology
• Coach the project managers to deploy new methodologies and process
• Propose new template and evolution of process in efficiency way
• Propose new metrics in order to measure the productivity and risk on the projects
• Propose scenarios to align CCS department with ISAP strategy

Qualifications and Profile

Functional

· Strong Knowledge on IT PMO activities (minimum 2 years of experience)

· Good knowledge in Risk management

· Good knowledge in Project Management

· Experience on Change management

Technical

· Good Knowledge of Project Management tools (e.g. Ms Project, JIRA)

· Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Macro, Pivot table, …)

What You’ll Do:

1. Seek out potential and new customers who are OEMs, EMS, CEMs, and end-user customers to achieve sales targets.
2. Reach out and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers through various channels, including but not limited to cold calling, proposal emails, and in-person meetings.
3. Process the sales orders to meet customers' requirement, for example, Spot-buy, lead time buy (bulk production order) and Excess Material resales.
4. Focus on providing a full line of electronic products, including semiconductor integrated circuits, passive and active components: GPU, MCU, Memory, IGBT...
5. Work closely with our internal procurement specialists to efficiently address customer inquiries, generate quotations, process orders, coordinate deliveries, and collect payments. Ensure a seamless and efficient sales process for our customers.
6. Contribute to various ad-hoc projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in this role.

About You:

1. Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in a related industry, specifically in electronics components trading, or 3 years of sales experience in a different field.
2. Background from a top 50 company in the industry, as well as experience in other SME trading companies, is advantageous.
3. A high-energy and persistent approach to sales especially telesales, with a strong drive for success.
4. Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills, logical thinking, a positive attitude, and the ability to work under pressure.
5. Self-motivated learner with a strong goal-oriented mindset and a knack for independent customer development and business expansion.
