Primary Responsibilities:
· You will provide customer support on Export-B Emerging Markets by ensuring accurate consolidation of orders and aligning with the demand planning team
· You will ensure timely coordination of allocation to the customers, while also providing customer order form updates to the stakeholders
· You will administer and monitor customer orders, backorder status, shipping requests, AL approvals, material extension, vprice maintenance requests, etc., and sorting of allocation based on monthly supply confirmation
Job Qualifications:
· You have diploma or Degree in Business
· You have at least 2 years of experience is sales/marketing operations/support
· You have strong analytical and communication skills - able to analyze raw data and derive useful information for use in reporting and decision making
· You are well versed with computer skills for common desktop applications such as Words, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
· You must have initiative and be able to hand confidential matters with utmost discretion
· You must interact well with all layers in the organization is essential
· You must be approachable maintain good working relationship with all associates
