Project Management

• Resolve both technical and non-technical issues related to project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the management of assigned projects in security systems such as CCTV Surveillance System, Intrusion Detection System, Electronics Access Control System, Audio/Video Intercom System, etc.
• Responsible for the implementation of installation, testing and commissioning of the security systems as per customer requirements within budget and delivery schedule commitments. 
• Attend site meetings to monitor status of projects. 
• Liase with Architects, Consultants, Main Contractors, Interior Designers, etc. to provide accurate feedback on the progress of works, technical compliance to specifications and variation claims. 
• Procurement of materials and delivery to site in a timely manner in accordance to site progress and within project’s budget. 
• Conduct detailed training to customers on the operational use of the installed, security systems.

• Ensure shop drawings, floor plan drawings and single line diagrams are correctly updated for each project before handing over to Maintenance Department. 
