Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:

• Collaborate with marketing managers to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.

Data Management and Analysis:

• Generate reports and provide analysis which includes but is not limited to pre and post marketing campaign metrics.

Content Development and Distribution:

• Assist in management of company’s digital assets, which includes support on content creation, development of marketing materials, copywriting, editing, and proofreading.

• Support Project Leads to understand clients’ objectives, requirements, and preferences for each project.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, production, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Source and manage external vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring deliverables are met.
• Under the guidance of Project Leads, oversee all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual requirements, and transportation.
• Conduct on-site event management, ensuring all elements of the event run smoothly and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Under the guidance of Project Leads, prepare post-event reports to measure the success of projects and identify areas for improvement.
