We are excited to continue partnering with our client, a video streaming service dominating the world of short-form video content. As we continue to grow with our clients and create exciting marketing campaigns, we are looking for an expert responsible for executing campaigns that inspire more people to create and make their voices heard using this platform.

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for scaling and operationalising global and regional campaigns. You’ll oversee the team’s execution to ensure that localisation and adaptation processes are streamlined, cross-functional teams are informed of key campaign milestones, and assets are delivered on time. Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, a knack for solving challenging process and prioritisation problems, experience launching full-funnel marketing campaigns, and the ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with client teams and partner agencies. 

Role: 

• Scale global and regional campaigns across APAC by supporting client’s end-to-end execution. Work seamlessly with client teams across markets and functional areas to ensure consistent messaging across all consumer touchpoints (paid media, social, influencer, in-product comms, etc.)
• Lead localisation and creative adaptation workstreams for APAC. Manage timelines and operations with client teams and partner agencies, facilitate language validations with country teams, and oversee asset delivery to cross-functional marketing teams.
• Maintain global trackers and internal email newsletters to inform the business about APAC’s key marketing efforts.
• Identify opportunities to streamline global, regional, and local processes to improve campaign execution—capture learnings and best practices and share across teams internally and externally. 

You:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience in an advertising agency or in-house capacity working in a technology or entertainment company  in project management
• Experience planning and executing full-funnel marketing campaigns and project management
• Acute attention to detail, with experience building and managing complex processes and working in an ambiguous environment where timelines may shift.
• Passion for online video and the creator  ecosystem, and all things entertainment

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with exceptional problem-solving skills
• Experience in a regional role, ideally scaling marketing campaigns to multiple countries in APAC
• Exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentations skills and - ideally - fluent in another Asian language to cover projects spanning across APAC.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:
• Project Leadership: Lead projects from concept to delivery by partnering with internal and external resources. Guide project teams throughout the process, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Client Coordination: Support the account manager in all aspects of client contact. Serve as a liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
• Project Management: Coordinate projects by managing budgets, timelines, and scope. Ensure that project objectives are achieved and that client needs are met satisfactorily.

Project Manager is an integral part of the organisation, ensuring the successful development, planning, execution and close-out of all aspects of the projects. The role is responsible for the schedules of all design and build projects, establishing critical path tasks to ensure the desired completion date with an eye towards risk mitigation. • Ability to resolve drawing discrepancies prior to start work and settle drawing issue with technical team & consultants

Maker Lab is excited about our latest project with our client, the world’s largest video sharing platform - on a great project to continuously drive responsible marketing across APAC. Given the growing complexity of the tech landscape, it is our duty to partner with key opinion leaders across the industry to ensure the policies and programs created not only inspire creators, audiences and users but sustain a healthy and trustworthy brand across APAC. 

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing essential processes and content marketing programs that will help protect the openness of the platform and strengthen the brand's reputation in the region. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with teams spanning Marketing, PR, and Policy to maintain APAC’s project roadmap, oversee localization timelines, manage marketing’s external claims process, and execute the region’s go-to-market strategies. You will be key in identifying process improvements, managing detailed launch calendars, leading cross-functional discussions, and building global and local stakeholder relationships. 

Role: 

• Manage web development processes and agency relationships to continue expanding the website in APAC, which allows users, creators and audiences to understand how the brand works and the policies surrounding the brand. 
• Lead localisation efforts for priority product launches and research programs by facilitating validations with the country teams, managing review timelines with the global team, and identifying opportunities to streamline ongoing workflows. 
• Develop a detailed responsibility product launch calendar for APAC in partnership with our global cross-functional team; prioritise updates to effectively allocate local resources. 
• Drive essential processes, partnering with global cross-functional teams to secure clearances to release data externally, understand policies surrounding data and publishing of data in different markets
• Support execution of campaigns across the platforms different verticals 
• Oversee quarterly budget and finance processes 
• Facilitate internal communications for the brand  (recurring newsletters), maintain team website, and lead bi-weekly syncs with global and country teams 

You:

• BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record
• 8+ years experience in marketing, content marketing, project management and/or program management with a digital / tech based product 
• Experience in a regional role with proven success partnering with local and global counterparts to drive results
