Job Description:

As a Project Manager at Inprodec, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing commercial fitout projects from conception to completion. You will collaborate closely with clients, designers, suppliers, contractors, and internal project teams to ensure the successful execution of projects. Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Communication:

a. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and designers, providing expertise and supervision to ensure project objectives are met.

2. Project Planning

a. Overall in-charge of assigned projects.

b. Collaborate with the project management team, design team, procurement team to develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

d. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.

6. Site Management

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely reporting of findings, risks and recommendations for auditee’s response and finalisation of report to Audit Committee
• Lead or participate in other ad-hoc assignments including special projects and investigations
• Assist in the follow-up with auditees on outstanding audit findings through the issuance of Audit Tracking Report and verification of resolved findings;

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, preference will be given to those with Chartered Accountant or Certified Internal Auditor certification
• At least 5 years of relevant audit experience;
• Strong report writing, communication and presentation skills
• Analytical, independent and a good team player;
• Committed and able to interact well with all levels of staff;
• Able to travel overseas when required (once/twice every quarter).
