About the Role:

As a Business Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 2 - 6 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements using structured techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Ascertain whether the GFCS department has followed Key Risk and Control Self-Assessment (KRCSA) methodology in their control testing
• Perform independent testing to assess if controls are operating as intended.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications within the finance and tax domain, covering tax compliance, transfer pricing, and tax reclaims.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, translating them into Business Requirements Documents (BRD) or User Stories.
• Analyze business requirements and contribute to the conceptualization of IT solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Produce Functional Specifications Documents (FSD) and Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) during project execution, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

Requirements:

• Apply relevant data models to create pricing solutions with supporting financial analysis, forecasting and budgeting and present reports containing key success factors and performance indicators.
• Evaluate our market positioning, business processes, predicting future requirements and offer solutions to increase wallet share in comparison to our competitors.
• Identify strategic customer segments, develop go-to-market programmes, forecast expected volumes and continually monitor competitor activity.
• Implement financial modelling for large opportunities and analysis of different commercial options.
• Consolidate & Track against FY and YTD Sales Target and gap analysis for APAC together with Order Management team.
• Implement forecasting models extrapolating from win/loss cases and identify key drivers.

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:

• Strong analytical problem-solving abilities with excellent grasps of numerical KPI’s used in sales operations for forecast analysis, models and predictive indicators against sales financial performance.
• Interpersonal and consultative skills with strong oral and written communications proficiency with creative outlook supported by data driven insights.
• Knowledgeable and experienced with SFDC, EXCEL, PowerBI and Powerpoint presentations. Ability to learn and incorporate in-house proprietary tools and integrate data to compile required deliverables.
