REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 years of working experience with Interior background.

• Experience in Construction / Furniture Industry will be an added advantage.

What you'll Do

The Service Delivery team is responsible for following all “New installation” / “Upgrade” projects from the sale is closed to the commissioning is done on the vessel, also called the “Pulse” structure. The Service Delivery Team is also involved in change requests and preventive maintenance and remote health checks of existing operational vessels, maintain the project documentations in PULSE and SAP.

All other Service Delivery globally should work through the same functional structure as Inmarsat Maritime. It is important for the Project Department to develop and maintain the functional structure in a good manner.

This role is to coordinate, plan and ensure all installation and service jobs in the designated APAC locations run smoothly, while utilizing our resources efficiently.

The day-to-day

General

• Identify, assess, and prioritize all installation, upgrade, and maintenance jobs in the APAC locations.
• Manage allocation of engineer resources for both internal and external partners
• Report status of completed and planned installations and preventive maintenance and remote health check and repairs to Team Lead
• Ensure safety and quality control of work performed
