Job Description:
•Plan daily work schedule with resources requisition and overall project supervision and preparation of RA, SWP before start of work
•Oversee all the projects to ensure work is carried out according to timeframe and specification
•Supervise and coordinate all construction work on site
•Solve operational site issue and coordinate closely internal and external team to meet the project deadline
•Ensure cost control and project completion within budget, utilization of resources and schedule
•Attend site inspection or meetings with consultant or client
•Attend weekly meetings on work progress and projection
•Arrange, Manage and control site workers to ensure work complied with quality and safety requirement
•To handle and ensure the processing of all arrangements with accuracy and timeliness.
•Ensure compliance with safety regulations and latest WSH Act provisions at all times
•Other ad hoc duties that are assigned.
Requirement
•At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in Construction Industry
•Experience in Waterproofing or Concrete Repair works preferred
•Proficient in site coordination
•Good communication and organizational skills
•Able to work independently with minimum supervision as well as in a team environment
•Able to work under pressure with high initiative and meeting timelines
•Able Understand & doing AutoCAD Drawing
•Possess Class 2B and Class 3 driving license
•BCSS cert preferred
