A Project Coordinator supports the Project Manager in gathering resources and information to implement upcoming projects. The main duties include

● maintaining budgets and work schedules,

● organizing and participating in shareholder meetings and

● ensuring all deadlines for the projects are met.

Job Description:

● Ably assist the Project Manager in defining the Project goals and plans

● Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track

● Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored

● Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, meeting minutes and emails

● Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives

● Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures

● Assist the team members in their procurement of necessary resources

Job Requirements:

● Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

Job Description:

-Assist Project Manager in coordinating and performing all works submissions to consultants and relevant authorities

-Assist Project Manager in liaising with consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers and internal departments for timely execution of works

-Assist the Project Manager in planning the day to day activities, sequencing in accordance to the site works schedules

Job Requirement:

- Minimum GCE O’Level with 5 passes or above

Key duties & responsibilities

The Project Admin primarily offers support to ensure workplace efficiency. Assist the respective managers through a variety of tasks related to organization, communication, and daily routines. Familiar with a variety of the industry’s concepts, practices, and procedures.

Ability to effectively communicate via phone, email, and collaboration platforms, ensuring that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to the General Manager in daily administrative tasks.
• Providing administrative support for the General Manager
• Respond and resolves administrative requests and inquiries.
• Working closely with Management Team as well as other support functions to provide proactive and effective general administrative assistance across a diverse range of tasks.

Requirements:

• To assist in coordination and logistics management of:
o Staff security clearance matters
o Client device delivery
o Client device staging and image distribution
o Client device deployment & OS upgrade scheduling
o Client device acceptance
o Submission of Declaration Form & billing (if any)
• Support Project Manager on administrative matters (eg. Purchase etc.)
• Track and compile project report regularly.
• Update assets records of client devices handled by project team.
• Work with NCS project team in ensuring that the client devices’ inventory records are updated & accurate
• Work with NCS project team to handover the client devices for O&S
• Monitor, track & review the Project migration output and key project progress milestone.
• Submit the progress reports to Project Manager


QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
• Singaporean only
• IT Diploma and above
• Good Knowledge in using Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Office (Excel is a must), Outlook and desktop productivity tools
• Good project management and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities within targeted timeframes and maintaining high levels of professionalism at all times
• Good customer service skills
• Resourceful, independent, responsive and pro-active.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships across projects, control teams & customers.
• Experience working under minimal supervision from management with a strong commitment to team participation.

Job Description:

Support projects in the Technology Delivery Centers by tracking and managing project management office activities. Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables.

• Assist with meeting minutes writing, assisting with onboarding and offboarding procedures in line with client’s requirements, events planning.
