Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience on sales and business development.
- Preferably with prior experience in decorative paints/plasters/finishes and related decorative materials.
- Has worked and networked with with ID/contractors/subcontractors in construction/renovation industries.
- Excellent skill on sales pitches, presentation and finding/cultivating sales leads and potential clients.
- Able to collaborate well, multi-task and work independently in a dynamic multi-cultural environment.
- Good communication and presentation skills, both spoken and written.
Job Description:
- Develop strategies/schemes to identify new market leads/customers.
- Attend to existing and new customers enquiries.
- Identify and follow up promptly sales leads.
- Handle product/service presentations to existing/prospective clients.
- Prepare, review and follow up quotations and proposals.
- Meet and work with interior designers, contractors, subcontractors, architects, renovation consultants and
home-owners to understand their specifications, solicit designs and endorse the Company’s products/services.
- Work with the General Manager and Director in dealing with sales matters, initiatives and strategies.
- Attend to related adhoc tasks as assigned by the management team.
