WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY

• Project Process Oversight: Lead diverse communications around delivering projects including research report development, campaign execution, and new business pitch process management), developing project plans, timelines, and key cadence management. Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects stay on track. Communicate project status to stakeholders effectively.
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal teams and client partners, manage expectations, and ensure transparent communication.
• Process Optimization: Leverage your expertise in project management tools to streamline processes and maximize efficiency. Continuously evaluate project performance and implement improvements. Contribute to the development of the project management function.
• Active Engagement: Setup and join in all meetings related to projects under your management. Create and distribute regular meeting minutes for all meetings with key deliverables and responsible stakeholders. Proactively reengage all team members to assure timely completion of deliverables.

Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 5 - 7 years overall work experience, with 2 - 4 years in project management within the communications industry

Job description and responsibilities

• Lead and oversees project execution,monitor site progress, and ensure on-time completion of the project.
• Liaise closely with subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities; set guidelines and provide expertise and supervision to the team.
• Oversee the planning, analysis, recommendations in support of project construction planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance to the master and detailed work programme.
• Liaise with consultants for technical issues and coordinate with subcontractors on the site activities .
• Assist in developing and implementing corporate construction policies that support project construction.
• Manage interfaces with other contractors working on the project.
• Provide guidance to engineers in relation to construction works, ensure progress according to schedule, quality standards are maintained site inspections are carried out and technical issues are resolved on time.
• Manage contractors with a focus on quality, compliance with engineering drawings; applicable code and standards, and construction schedule and cost.
• Prepare report and method statement to Project Director and management.
• Monitor ongoing site activities.

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Project Management / Construction Management / Building Studies related disciplines.
• Minimum 15 years working experience in construction industry as Project Manager or Senior Project Manager preferably in facade industry.
• Familiar with the project cycle from commencement to handing over procedures with the authorities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure.
• Excellent knowledge, sense and skills in overall project management.
• Good leadership in managing project teams.
• Well versed in Microsoft Office, particularly WORD and EXCEL applications.
• Strong communications skills, tactfulness, integrity, good inter-personal skill.
• Immediate availability preferred.

This is for platform transformation and modernization to long-term managed services with multiple tools to enable extensive automation.

The program will drive step-change improvements for the client's healthcare community, introducing AI, personalization, a modernized support ecosystem, better analytics, and automation.

Under this project, our client will help the customer completely replace the old ITSM tool and integrate other tools with ServiceNow, and help deploy and integrate endpoint automation with Aternity and Microsoft SCCM.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide overall leadership for a project or support effort.
• Develop schedules, milestones, resource requirements, and staffing plans to achieve deliverables.
• Allocate tasks among team members and assess team progress toward objectives.
• Monitor progress, recognize and help resolve technical problems.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with client technical management.
• Provide regular status reports and briefings.
• Assure recognition of project changes and execution of related change control procedures.
• Manage the project resources, including customer and contractor as required.
