Responsible for the establishment of a functional Healthcare Industry Vertical organization within South Asia Ocean setting up and implement a regional Healthcare strategy that will lead to business growth in close cooperation with the Business Units.

Responsibilities

• Create Yusen South Asia Ocean Healthcare development strategy, with alignment to Yusen’s Global Healthcare strategy, and Yusen Global Headquarter product development direction with the end result to grow the Healthcare Sales Revenue within SAO
• Coach and support the sales teams in the countries on the Healthcare sales approach and collaborate with the countries to ensure pan regional opportunities are approached holistically as a global/regional customer would expect, without any natural silo considerations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business management, logistics and supply chain management or related.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree/ Professional qualification

The Business Development Manager is responsible for pursuing sales opportunities to sell Geotechnical Instrumentation and monitoring, Site Investigation, and related testing services to clients across the Construction Industry. Reporting directly to the Sales Director (Asia), the BDM is responsible for driving and achieving growth with High Touch Accounts and by prospecting for new opportunities with new clients. The role is expected to exercise appropriate leadership to maximize team effectiveness working seamlessly with our Quantity Surveyors, lab managers, and operational and leadership teams who all play an active part in sales, alongside the Company's Global Technical Leaders where necessary. Job Duties:

• Establish and proactively maintain a strong professional relationship with key decision makers and influencers within assigned accounts.

Job Requirements:

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in managing construction projects for water treatment facility or process plant.
• Professional project management certification (eg. PMP, CITPM, etc) is preferred.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
• Good communication skills to liaise with the various stakeholders.
• Hands-on” attitude, meticulous and analytical with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure, resourceful and independent with good negotiation skills.Able to work under tight deadlines.
