• Assist Project Manager with project tasks as assigned.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to determine project requirements and specifications for audio visual systems.
• Design and develop audio visual system schematics, floor plans, and wiring diagrams.
• To be fully involved and oversee installation of audio visual systems, including equipment placement, cabling and integration with other systems.
• Assist with procurement of project materials.
• Update technical documentation.
• Provide weekly job progress reports to all internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure that all audio visual systems meet industry standards and project requirements.
• Verify quality of work performed by internal resource and subcontractors.
• Test and troubleshoot audio visual systems to identify and resolve any issues.
• Continually develop the process of System commissioning and handover and implement that process across all project sites.
• Excellent / Accurate interpretation of any provided technical documentation to ensure on-site installation works are carried out correctly and accurately.
• To ensure the termination and connection of all cabling and equipment is carried out to the highest standard, labelled and installed neatly in accordance with the standards.
• Follow-up directly on any issues or technical queries with manufacturers.
• Provide technical support to clients, including training on system operation and maintenance.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including system manuals, as-built drawings and testing reports.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies and best practices for audio visual system design and installation.
• To provide feedback in the form of project completion reports or lessons learnt debriefing sessions.

Job Requirements:

• Must possess Electrical Engineering, Audio Engineering or related education background.
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience as a Project Engineer or Coordinator in the industry or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in audio visual system design, installation, and maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of audio visual system components, including video projectors, sound systems, led walls, and control systems.
• Software knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must.
• Familiarity with CAD design software, such as AutoCAD, BRICSCAD and SketchUp.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
• Possession of safety certificate preferred (eg. WSQ Supervise Construction Works for WSH, Apply WSH in Construction Sites)
• Possession of a Class 3 driving licence (Manual) will be added advantage.
• Team player and can work independently.
• Drive to exceed expectations and deliver excellence.
• On-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Strategize and organize all project activities, including the preparation of drawings, documents, risk assessments, method statements, and more.
• Regularly visit project sites to monitor progress and promptly address any emerging issues.
• Collaborate closely with Service Engineers for on-site testing and commissioning, as necessary.
• Coordinate and oversee the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and other service providers.
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, variation orders, Requests for Information (RFIs), and records for project closure.

Requirements:

• Min diploma in Mechanical Engineering or it's equivalent
• At least one-year related project management experience
• Proficient in M&E testing, commissioning and troubleshooting
• Able to work in a team

Assistant Project Engineer/Project Engineer (M&E)

Responsibilities:

· Maintains project team accomplishments by communicating essential information; coordinating actions; obtaining expert input; reviewing open issues and action items; contributing information to team meetings and reports; escalating project completion impediments.

· Day-to-day management on site, including supervising and monitoring the site and co-ordinate sub-contract works.

· Liaise with clients and consultants on project.

· Produce proper reports and documentation before and after project completion.

· Complies with codes and regulations by complying with requirements; preparing permit applications, plans, and compliance reports.

· Assist to update of As-Built drawing on site.

· And all other General Administration works as instructed.

Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma or equivalent.

· Min 2 years working experience in M&E at Interior Design Fit up(Electrical / ACMV / Plumbing / Fire Protection)

· Able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills.
