The Project Coordinator is an integral member of the project team responsible for coordinating projects of varying size and complexity or its parts. Project Coordinator is to make sure that the project runs smoothly by tracking project progress and timely communicating its status to management and project members, as well as making sure that project members communicate with each other.

Coordination can range from administration duties (maintenance of project documentation, plans and reports), directing and coordinating project work (assigning tasks, controlling schedule, updating risk/opportunity registers, schedule updates, financial updates, through engineering duties (materials, configuration management)

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Interior Design/Architecture.

Working time: Monday to Friday (8.30 - 5.30pm) & Saturday (8.30 - 5.30pm) / Part Time Role Available

Coordinate with Architect, Structural, M&E members and other team member to resolve any challenge

Familiar with URA, JTC, SCDF, MPA, LTA, PUB, SCDF, NParks, NEA Regulations for A&A for building works including external works

At least 5 years project management and site experience in building construction, civil and structural projects.

Job Scope:

Produce & review architectural drawing, solving technical issues

Meeting, site supervision & coordination with sub-contractors, consultants, and others necessary parties

Prepare drawing for construction; as-built drawing for submission, Authority compliances, documents and approval

Job Description:

• Handle project coordination and be responsible for all works in designated projects.
• Responsible for overseeing the overall site progress to ensure the structural & architectural works of the project team and sub-contractors comply with the defined standards and Safety regulations.
• Liaise with the project engineer, and site supervisor on all the coordination shop drawings.
• Plan and advise the construction foreman on sequencing and arrangement of work.
• Provide regular reports to the Project Manager on the progress of overall works in assigned projects.
• Attend technical meetings/site meetings with consultants, and provide technical solutions
• Ensure architectural works are carried out according to specifications/ drawings
• Inform the Project Manager on any technical/ site problems about architectural works;

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Civil Engineering/ Architectural and/ or relevant field.
• At least 2 years (s) of working experience in the overall coordination (Structural & Architectural).
• Well-versed in the operations, coordination, and details of architectural and structural field works.
• Strong leadership to monitor Coordinators and Foremen for the works executed.
• Experienced in local building projects is preferred.

Other Information:

• Workday: Monday to Friday, 5.5 days per week
• Work hour: - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm/ Saturday - 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
