OVERVIEW

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the transmission of documents and drawings to the client and subcontractor to ensure the updated drawings are issued
• Prepare method statements and work procedures
• Conduct weekly or monthly meetings with subcontractors to update the progress of work
• Ensure the quality of work is achieved and all government and safety regulations are complied with
• Oversee drawing management and control of technical documentation
• Manage the procurement of resources, monitor and control material usage on site to avoid unnecessary wastage or wrongful usage
• Assist the Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer in coordination with consultants on change orders issued & liaise closely with the Quantity Surveyor by providing necessary supporting documents on the change order
• Organize labor, equipment, and material for day-to-day site activities
• Carry out material receiving inspections and maintain material records
• All delivery orders are to be returned to the office for record
• Prepare daily and monthly progress reports, perform, and maintain inspection records

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering (Recognized Degree by BCA/PEB)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in constructions with main-con or Civil Engineering

• Lead project supervisors in completing projects
• Adhere to project budget, schedules and scope of work, and deploy appropriate staff

The incumbent will be task to take an active role in supporting the Project Manager/Lead in ensuring timely and successful project completion within budget and contractual requirements. Required Qualifications & Experience

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in any Enginering Field
• At least 3 years of project management in the process control / instrumentation industries.
• Must have experience in FLOW / Level
• Experience in liaising with EPCs / Consultants / System Integrators
