Responsibilities

• Generating leads and cold calling to get appointments with potential clients
• Attending face to face client meeting to understand business needs and consultatively pitch our solutions
• Consult with prospect about business challenges and requirements with analysis of costs and benefits.
• Build and enhance relationship with clients to grow portfolio.
• Report on sales activity on a weekly basis
• Other general admin duties as assigned

We are seeking a Business Development Executive with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to join our fast-growing company in Singapore. This is a sales role with career advancement opportunities and an attractive remuneration package for suitable candidates. You will be responsible for searching for new clients and cross-selling/upselling solutions to existing clients.

You will work closely alongside management to sell existing solutions and co-create new solutions and business opportunities. We have a flat and open, performance driven company culture with flexible working arrangements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for liaising and coordinating with internal and external parties to ensure compliance with waste collection requirements at customer sites
• Supervise the Company’s onsite waste collection process
• Submit electronic waste consignment documentation (e-tracking) based on weighbridge information
• Collaborate closely with customer site operations day coordinators and Environmental Specialists to understand their requirements and seek clarification when necessary
• Ensure all Company personnel adhere to safety, environmental, and health policies and requirements.
• Review personnel work activities and conduct Job Safety and Risk Assessments (JSRA).
• Follow up with customers via email communication and provide periodic updates on any required follow-up actions.
• Coordinate orientation and other focused training sessions for team members
• Participate in contractor meetings as required by customers and provide feedback.
• Liaise with relevant statutory bodies such as NEA regarding licenses and permits, and keep customers updated on the latest changes in regulations and acts.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum diploma/degree holder
• Minimum 2 years in project management experience in industrial setting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable communicating with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Thrive in fast-paced environment
• Able to commit during weekends and public holiday if required
