Scope:

• Conduct learning needs analysis to identify knowledge and skills gaps.
• Source and qualify training providers.
• Plan, develop and implement learning interventions, training programs and e-learning modules.
• Deliver programs aimed at driving service quality initiatives for continuous improvement.

• Enhance delivery through the integration of technology in learning.

• Conduct workforce analysis to project future needs and develop workforce planning solutions.
• Implement solutions to bridge gaps, monitor progress against milestones, and reevaluate plans based on developments.
• Participate in key strategic workforce planning projects and initiatives to transform the workforce to be future-ready.

Requirements:

• ACTA certification
• Diploma/Degree from a recognised insitution
• Well-grounded in the theory and practice of Learning & Development, such as classroom facilitation, instructional design, evaluation and assessment
• At least 2 years working experience in Curriculum Design, Instructional Design, and Content Development is ideal
• Experience in Workforce Planning preferred.
• Self-motivated team player
• Excellent interpersonal, written communication and presentation skills

Job Responsibilities:

1. Source for early projects leads through various channels eg. BCI, cold calls and make sales presentations.

2. Work on price proposals and tenders for direct projects.

3. Responsible to handle the full tender process in a timely manner from samples viewing and mock-ups to submission of tender documents and attend tender interviews.

4. Follow up on changes in specifications and revisions of pricing.

5. Project coordination upon securing of projects.

6. Attend regular contractors’ site meetings for each direct project, which is part of the project obligation and resolve any site issues that arise.

7. Respond promptly to all IP calls for meetings, presentations, samples, specifications work from architects and developers.

8. Answer in-coming calls on sales enquiries from project customers.

9. Maintain and build good business relationships with project customers like developers, architects, interior designers and main contractors.

10. Review contracts for supply of products, coordinate performance bonds with Accounting department.

11. Coordinate with Projects Operations to prepare and submit progress claims to meet the customer’s deadlines and coordinate with Accounting department

12. Prepare projects sales forecasts.
