The Project Operation Specialist's responsibles are:

• Timely and accurate registration of shipments into the CW1 forwarding system.
• Update internal and external systems with precise shipment data.
• Ensure adherence to all security arrangements and procedures.
• Verify the completeness and accuracy of all forwarding documents.
• Collaborate and monitor Permit Declaration activities with the permit declaration vendor.
• Coordinate customer booking requests at both origin and destination through call forwarding.
• Proactively follow up, coordinate, and communicate shipment information with stakeholders, including subcontractors, shipping lines, shipping agents, freight forwarders, customers, and overseas offices.

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma and above
• Min 1 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding/ shipping industry
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel
• Experience in custom declaration (Import & Export)

Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies

· Provide HR assistance in terms of interview schedule, events planning etc.

Project Scheduler Duties:

•Review construction plans and schedules, analyze project requirements, determine timelines, costs, and staffing

Review performance reports, identify problems, and propose solutions

• Work with project managers, the superintendent, and others to supervise and coordinate the work of multiple project team members

Project Scheduler Responsibilities:

• Schedule crews and materials according to owner, architect, and engineer requests, and assure on-time completion of projects • Optimize completion time and plan resources to work as efficiently as possible

•Review and analyze schedules and reports daily for issues, bottlenecks, and status, and develop action plans to resolve issues

• Maintain accurate daily work status reports and communicate regularly with project managers, superintendents, and field personnel •Ensure timely material delivery and installation

• Establish relationships with vendors and subcontractors to ensure on-time completion of projects

The Business Application Operate Team Lead (Applications) will be responsible in leading an offshore team in the support of business applications. The resource will provide operate support and vendor management to ensure applications are maintained to BAU service levels. Solutions/BAU fixes can be of functional to non-functional (security vulnerabilities or performance) nature to upkeep the application as part of supporting BAU and ongoing enhancements.
