Requirements:

1. Certificate in Office Skills, Certificate in Business Studies (Accounting) or Higher Nitec/Nitec in Office Skills, Accounting or Business related disciplines

2. GCE “A” or “O’ level certificate or equivalent of ESS Career Readiness Certificate (Operations)

3. ESS Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Level 5

4. A team player with good communication skills

5. Preferably with at least 4 years of relevant work experience in general administration and finance

Salary: $2400 to $2580/month

Contract Period: From 1 Aug 2024 to 31 Dec 2025

Working Arrangement:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6.00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

• Fridays: 8.30am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Digital Transformation Project Manager

Location: Singapore

Responsibilities 

• Digitalization Solution Planning: Develop comprehensive design proposals and system plans tailored to the specific needs of each operational unit. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify requirements and design effective solutions that align with organizational goals. 
• User Requirement Analysis: Evaluate digitalization projects and clarify user requirements through in-depth analysis and collaboration with users and IT project teams. Ensure that solutions meet user needs and enhance operational efficiency. 
• Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress at various stages, ensuring timelines are met and milestones achieved. Control team progress and overall process efficiency to drive successful project outcomes. 
• Cross-Departmental Coordination: Coordinate project operations across departments, fostering collaboration and synergy among diverse teams. Assess actual resource allocations and optimize resource utilization for project success. 
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues affecting project delivery. Implement quality control measures and propose mitigation plans and solutions to address challenges proactively, ensuring project success and minimizing disruptions. 
• Communication and Documentation: Prepare presentations and documents for project progress reports and relevant meetings. Communicate project updates, milestones, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders, fostering transparency and alignment.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. 
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in digitalization or system implementation projects. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Responsible for project system design, equipment installation, configuration, testing and commissioning
• Implement & ensure proper project management disciplines, structure and processes to drive scope estimation, prioritization and delivery of the project
• Manage client expectations and ensure proper scope management
• Project Manager role, In-charge of managing and handling the implementation of successful system integration projects
• Communicating product development and technical activities to sales team and customers
• Liaise and coordinate with the technical team, subcontractors and customers with regards to the implementation of the project
• Responsible for overall project budgets, monitors and controls cost ensuring the effective and efficient expenditure of allocated funds
• Participates in tender interview, pre-sales solutioning exercise as well as long and short term planning
• Take initiative to prospect potential presales
• Assist in providing information for potential customer and sales
• Provide technical advice and /support to maintenance team to resolve unsettled technical issues and provide enhancement solutions to customer
• Work closely with Maintenance Manager/Lead for maintenance contract renewal, system
• enhancement and, upgrade and/or tech refresh for the assigned account
• Train and guide new staff on the project process, procedures and systems
• Responsible to train and guide maintenance team after completion of project for maintenance
• Ensure the achievement of high safety and quality standards for site works.
• Any other duties assigned by Supervisor.

Requirements

• Preferably with 5 years of relevant working experience in Project Management handling security, electronic and CCTV systems
• Familiar with security access control system, CCTV and alarm system product is an advantage
• Regular travelling and on-site works is required
• Possess strong documentation control and compilation
• Possess good communication and coordination skills
