Job Description:

• Responsible in preparing documentation including daily report, monthly progress report, method of statement and work procedure to project manager.
• Responsible in overseeing drawing management and make sure the updated drawings to the clients and subcontractor are issued.
• Assist the project manager or senior project engineer in coordinate with related consultant and quantity surveyor on the change order issued
• Coordinate and work closely with safety personnel to ensure all government and safety regulation are complied.
• Conduct weekly or monthly meeting with sub-contractors to update the progress of work.

1 Involve in design planning & understand design requirement, class compliance and scope of work;

3 Organise submission plan & ensure proper record keeping for traceability purpose

4 Effectively communicate with internal project team member, superior, supplier, as well as client

5 Participate in site visit to collate design feedback

6 Adhere to standard design procedure and protocol implemented

7 Be familiarise with latest class requirement, product specification and client requirement

8 Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing applications for projects including graphics, reports and calculations
• Responsible in conducting internal testing and acceptance tests and user training
• Responsible for preparing documentation including design specifications and manuals
• Responsible for providing high quality technical support to our customer
• Responsible for conducting onsite routine health check of the systems installed at customer base and documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Computer Science or relevant
• Min 2 years of working experience in Project Management in SI Industry
• Proficiency in programming like Visual Studio, ASP and Java, MS Office with VBA and industrial automation is an advantage
• Knowledge in Microsoft SharePoint 2007/2010 (MOSS/WSS) is an advantage
