The Role Responsibilities The Project Manager is responsible for supporting the agile management of a programme and its relevant projects and initiatives to enable the SBO/HR transformation of the Bank, ensuring efficient, successful delivery across the programme lifecycle. The Project Manager's work is defined by its dynamism, collaborations and fungibility across various projects / programmes. Due to the need to work with multiple key stakeholders, various programme constraints and limitations (e.g. financials), having strong partnership management and innovation skills accompanied by strong attention to details will enable an individual to thrive in this role.
