• Engage customers in the study and analysis of their requirements and customise solutions according to their needs
• Do presales demonstrations & presentations at the customer’s side
• Provide technical inputs to tenders and proposals
• Assist in preparing sales kits
• Oversee the setup and maintenance of demo sites and systems from ground up

What are we looking for?

• At least 5 years of IT Application PM experience in recent years.
• Well versed in Agile and Waterfall methodologies and execution
• Recent relevant experience in Vendor and Contract Management, Change Management / Service Request Management, Problem/ Incident Management.
• Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to take a broad, strategic perspective as well as drill deep to understand business needs and challenges.
• Results and customer oriented.
• Effective communication skills.

It will be advantageous if you have:

• Relevant experience in supporting Government Projects.
• Exposure in managing project budget, timeline as well as scope.
• Experience in supporting applications operations.
• PM certifications, SCRUM master certification and/or practical experience with Agile Methodologies, tools and delivery.
• A strong understanding of cloud services, including AWS (Amazon Web Services) and Microsoft Azure.
• A proven track record of managing government/complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of insurance projects.
• Lead teams across three key areas: Functional, Integration, and Data Migration work streams.
• Oversee and manage multiple sub-work streams within the Shield/Individual Health work stream.
• Drive delivery through daily stand-ups, ensuring pods/work streams focus on the "must-have" requirements.
• Identify and resolve blockers and business problems, exploring various options and solutions.
• Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones.
• Actively monitor project scope and resources to ensure alignment with the project schedule and budget.

Requirements:

• University graduate in Banking, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 8-10 years of experience in a Project Manager role.
• Hands-on experience in managing large/complex projects in Life or Health Insurance is essential.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills to drive decisions and resolve conflicts efficiently.
• Good understanding of Jira/Confluence and experience using these tools to manage Agile and Hybrid projects.
