Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in computer Science or equivalent studies/ experiences

Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Payment / finance industries or IT Domain, with strong knowledge in Project Management, Agile methodologies and PM tools & Software

Good command of PowerCARD Solutions with successful implementations in different client sites

Process-driven and strong advocate of reporting

Strong organizational, time management and administration skills

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering
• Experience in Construction preferable in micropiling & geotechnical works
• Independent resourceful & able to plan, coordinate with Consultant, main Contractors & Subcontractor pertaining to our project.

Main responsibilities

• Liaise and collaborate with stakeholders (IT teams and business users) to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts: detailed functional specifications, use cases, test strategy and test cases (including entry and exit criteria)
• Prepare, maintain and communicate the above mentioned functional documentation
• Analyze and transform business requirements into solutions with the help of Development teams.
• Plan, prepare and execute the testing strategy and tests (SIT) of the overall developed solutions
• Deliver fully tested products on-time, up to production deployment.
• Follow up and support User Acceptance Tests (UAT)
• Support the project planning, schedules and milestones in coordination with project teams
• Report status to project stakeholders
• Report and escalate key risks, and issues
• Prepare and maintain the application user guide
• Provide L2/L3 support on production incidents

Qualifications and Profile

This position requires relevant experiences as an IT Business Analyst supporting the development of enterprise wide complex information systems within major organizations, ideally in a banking environment. The level of detail of the knowledge will be assessed considering the seniority of the candidate.

Mandatory

• Hands-on experience of coordination between the IT business lines and IT team (various locations) and as primary functional support for development teams
• Knowledge in project cycle methodologies and management
• Knowledge in software development life cycle and software testing life cycle
• Good experience in managing small to medium-sized projects (iterative or agile).

Position

The Data Framework provides a central data store for all the Front Office Orders, RFQs, Transactions and Collateral information. It also provides Market Data sourcing, Data distribution, client, instrument and referential data and is driven by an electronic Data Dictionary application : Collibra. It acts as a source of data for different regulatory reporting (MIFID 2 , SFTR , MAR etc).

Main Responsibilities

• Delivery of comprehensive business analysis to provide solutions for business needs.
• Work with the project team including product owner, senior developers, architects, BA’s to deliver business requirements and improve business processes and systems.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define requirement and various artifacts around application development or enhancement.
• Specification of business rules for regulatory reporting, business operations and transformations.
• Functional design and testing of solutions.
• Maintenance and promotion of best practices around the data dictionary of the bank
• Interaction with developers to define implementation specs
• Interaction with other IT teams to explain and communicate on Data services
• Assisting with the daily operations through scrum, Jira and Kanban, techniques.

Qualifications and Profile

• Strong Communication to bring consensus on requirement.
• Strong functional knowledge of financial product & regulatory reporting
• Knowledge on the MIFID2/SFTR/EMIR / any APAC transaction regulatory reporting principles is desirable.
• Experience of capital market processes, e.g. Pricing, Sales/Trader workflow, etc
• Exposure to microservcies based architecture, Kibana, Collibra is a plus
• Strong problem solving skills with ability to think out of box.
• Excellent communications and proven documentation capabilities.
• Skilled in Data analysis using database queries (Sql/Oracle/Sybase),TSQL
• A knowledge of FPML & XML/XSLT/XPath would be an added advantage
