Position Overview: As the Project Manager (Interior Design), you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of our interior design projects from initial design inception, through construction, to completion and handling over to clients. Key Responsibilities:

· Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and schedules for interior design projects. Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.

· Budget Management: Manage project budgets and expenses, tracking costs throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure that projects are executed within budgetary constraints while meeting client expectations and design specifications.

· Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to support project requirements and timelines. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimise resource utilisation and minimise project risks.

· Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure that design concepts are executed according to specifications and meet industry standards. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain high-quality standards throughout the project.

· Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and any potential issues or concerns. Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in the interior design industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects across commercial spaces, landed properties, and residential projects.
• Strong understanding of interior design principles, construction processes, and project management methodologies.
• Excellent organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Designs, plans, and handles testing, commissioning, software programming and supervision on site for BMS on project plan, specifications, and contract documents.
• Analyses plans, specifications, and contract to determine project requirements.
• Prepares submittals containing schematics, descriptions and technical literature as required. Maintains current design documents throughout project duration.
• Prepares engineering re-estimate reports and minimizes report variances.
• Perform testing & commissioning of BMS.
• HVAC experience and sequence of preparation for BMS
• Experience in BMS technical submittals preparation, method of statement, compliance statement and OMM.
• Experience in IO point schedules, assignments and materials selection with value engineering
• With logical knowledge in ACMV & HVAC system control logic.
• Network and MS office & project background knowledge is a must.
• Be aware of all kinds of risks and their controls in your work environment.
• Be a part of site EHS inspections, hazard/ risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures.
• Immediately inform the site EHS officer/site manager of any additional EHS risks.
  Stop the work if any unsafe conditions are identified.

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical engineering or its equivalent

• Min 2 years related experience in HVAC/ BAS industry

Responsibilities:

• To provide engineering support to the Project team from validation phase to project implementation

• To identify type of material and equipment requirement during validation phase.

• To involve in preparation and submission of engineering submittals.

• Programming of devices & creating and programming graphics in accordance with the project requirement.

• To assist in Test and Commissioning of system equipment.

• To assist in preparation and submission of operation and Maintenance Manuals.

• To provide Bill of Quantity for the projects.

• Ensure all works carried out in accordance with the specified quality and EHS standards

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Engineering or Building Control in relevant field

• Min 1-2 years of relevant work experience

• Experience in handling energy management systems/ HVAC systems/ Chiller Plant systems/ Building Management Systems will be a plus

• Knowledge of IT networking and database programming, Function Block programming, Structured Language Programming or HTML5 programming will be of added advantage

• Knowledge of industrial system protocols like BACnet, Modbus, LONTalk

• Strong customer management and problem solving skills

• Able to work with the team and self-motivated

Skills:

At least 4-6 years of strong Business Analysis or relevant experience

Business transformation & management skills/experience is a must

Change management experience is strongly preferred.

Strong communication skills and ability to tailor complex content to stakeholder audiences.

Proven experience in the coordination of multiple dependencies and stakeholders in complex, large-scale deployment environments
