Scope of Work

a. Analyse business needs, scope the problem and develop business case to address the problem

b. Document requirements, source and evaluate alternatives, and recommend solution

c. Work with vendor on the solutions and design to seek clarification and acceptance.

d. Work with users to ensure smooth deployment and adoption of new solution

e. Perform business analysis functions such as:

i. Identify stakeholders, techniques and processes to manage, track and trace requirements

ii. Refine and clarify business need, define solution scope and develop business case

iii. Assess current state, analyse stated requirements of stakeholders and elaborate to sufficient detail that accurately defines business need with in specified scope

iv. Source and evaluate alternatives to identify solution that best fits business need, identify gaps, and determine workarounds/changes to the solution. Assess deployed solutions to see how well they met the original need

v. Manage conflicts, issues and changes to ensure stakeholders and project team remain in agreement on solution scope, communicate and manage expectations of stakeholders

f. Assess business needs for service requests and the impact of enhancements to the system

g. Assess problem resolution approach and implement effective service recovery of ICT incidents and establish systems and processes to prevent recurrence of the same incident

h. Understand the IT management policy, quality management policy and security guidelines to ensure the development processes, procedures and system are designed to comply with these policies and guidelines

Knowledge and Skills

a. Hands-on experience in at least 1 full project development life cycles in PEGA

b. Advantageous to have:

i. Consulting or Business Analysis experience

ii. Prior knowledge in the system solutioning, development for mid and large-scale IT development projects

iii. BPR and BPMN knowledge. Some experience in the business process mapping and defining requirement specifications

iv. Knowledge of Webservice, REST API, sFTP and security concepts in security interfaces between systems

c. Extensive experience in the interpersonal communication, requirement/workshop facilitations and documentation of user requirement into Agile user stories, acceptance criteria.

d. Extensive experience in defining UAT test scenarios and facilitate SIT and UAT tests. Ability to define data structure (ERD diagram), system interface specifications.

e. Good experience in the data and database table design, data migration experience and skills in assessing and facilitating data migration and conversion.

f. Team player with strong organization and people handling skills

g. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the operations division and supervising Singapore personnel to achieve the operations key performance index and the required service standards. • Monitor and analyse the Income & Expenses of the service operations, establish business controls and provide solutions to reduce cost and increase revenue. • Manage the customer services and relationship through providing regular feedback and periodic operations review with clients to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction. • Communicate with Engineers • Defines roles and responsibilities, plans for the department’s future needs and operations; counsels and discuss with managers on performance • Coordinating with Site Managers on manpower planning and arrangements • Challenge for more business opportunities and expand service contracts in various fields to increase revenue. • Promoting company services and sales of machines parts • Ensuring safe and secure work environment for all employees • Ensuring compliance in all procedures including documentation • Attending and preparing documents for audit by customers • Any other duties assigned by the Director

Responsibilities:

• Liaise and work closely with various stakeholders in performing cost calculation and pricing on existing and new services/ projects.

• Prepare, formulate, and rationalise price revision proposal to ensure organisation’s financial sustainability, while taking into consideration patient bill impact.

• Work with IT vendor to maintain efficient SharePoint workflow as part of continuous process improvement, including the identification and resolution of issues.

• Ensure accurate and timely update of data files for internal management reporting.
