Job Summary:

• Utilize Project Management Dashboard to fill out Path to Closure, Cost and Schedule, Vulnerability & Risk, Bridging Agreements, Remediation System Performance Tool, Access Agreements, etc.
• Provide support on development of consistent total life cycle cost, planning and budgeting, reserves, and reserve break-ins
• Ensure site-specific risks are assessed, actions prioritized, and risk management plans developed.
• Initiate procurement actions, evaluate contractor proposals, approve expenditures, steward, and evaluate work execution.
• Provide field execution support for Commercial transactions and strategies.
• Supervise activities of contractors/consultants.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing and finalizing projects according to the specifications and deadlines, all while keeping the project within budget.
• Creates and reports project status and allocates resources as needed. Defines project governance policies and manages the financial concerns.
• Communicates and interfaces with all levels and across organizational lines, including the business units.
• May partner with external vendors based on the nature of the project.

Requirements:

• Adept verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. MS Project or other project management tools. Consensus building skills.
• Behavioral Skills: creates ownership, drives functional excellence, promotes productive impact, effectively manages external relationships
• Technical Skills: contracting / subcontracting, design & engineering management, execution planning, cost estimating, planning & scheduling, project controls, cost & schedule methods & data management, quality management
• Experience with commercial transactions.

Job Summary:

• Focus on project management for Manufacturing Automation and IT initiatives for Manufacturing, and Corporate Support functions and also support the financial aspect of the project management.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for project management of IT Divisional initiatives (Research, Commercial, Manufacturing, and Corporate Support functions) to support company business strategies.

The Head of Tech Business and Commercial Management will serve as as a crucial link between the tech organization, finance,HR and other relevant departments.
