What you’ll do

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy based on market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.
• Create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with company goals and priorities.
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to drive product development and launch initiatives.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback, identify pain points, and validate product ideas.
• Analyse product performance metrics and customer usage data to inform product decisions and improvements.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Develop and maintain product documentation, including user stories, requirements, and release notes.

Who you are

• Proven experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Proficient in analytics tools and product management software (e.g., JIRA, or similar).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
