They ensure that goods are produced efficiently, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of production processes and techniques. Key Responsibilities:
- Production Planning and Scheduling:Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand and ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with other departments such as procurement, logistics, and sales to align production plans.
Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in demand or production issues.
- Resource Management:Manage human resources by planning and coordinating labor needs, including hiring, training, and supervising production staff.
Oversee the maintenance and efficient use of equipment and machinery.
Ensure availability and optimal use of raw materials and resources.
- Quality Control:Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure products meet specifications and industry standards in precision engineering field.
Monitor production processes and make adjustments to improve quality and efficiency.
