About the Team
The Livestream Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, Livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships with authors; It provides healthy and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for expanding ecological boundaries.
Our LIVE Traffic & Ecosystem team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.
In this role, you'll be instrumental in formulating product strategies for overall user growth in live streaming, focusing on increasing the scale and activity of viewers. You'll be responsible for diversifying content and audiences, understanding user behaviors, and developing targeted growth strategies for different user segments.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop product strategies and plans for live streaming user growth, focusing on viewer scale and engagement.
2. Responsible for diversifying live streaming content and audiences, including growth strategies for key countries and regions.
3. Gain insights into user behavior and needs through in-depth research and analysis, and create growth strategies based on user segmentation.
4. Implement layered user management, designing targeted product and marketing strategies for different user segments to enhance loyalty and growth potential.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
2. At least 3 years of experience in user-side product management, with platform and strategy product background preferred.
3. Excellent logical thinking and communication skills, able to effectively collaborate across teams.
4. Strong project management and stress management skills, adept at integrating resources for cross-departmental cooperation.
5. Passion for content products; heavy users of such products are preferred.
6. Bonus: Proficient in SQL and common analysis tools like R, Python, or SAS, with a solid foundation in statistics.
