Primary Responsibilities:
1. Product Development and Introduction:
• Plan and coordinate the introduction of existing and future models into regional markets.
• Ensure all models comply with local regulations concerning safety, emissions, and fuel consumption.
2. Market Analysis:
• Conduct detailed market studies to profile customers, analyze competitors, and understand market expectations and needs.
• Analyze market data to determine product alignment and sales strategies.
3. Distributor Collaboration:
• Work closely with distributors to customize models for their specific market needs.
• Build consensus around planning guidelines, including specifications, volume, competitive landscape, and launch timing.
• Facilitate monthly updates on sales performance and market conditions.
4. Product Asset Development:
• Coordinate with headquarters to secure pre-production models and support product-related communications.
• Manage the development of product-related assets with agencies, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand standards.
5. Budget and Resource Management:
• Secure and manage the annual budget for product planning projects, including asset requirements.
• Oversee the purchasing and distribution of CAD data; coordinate CAD usage across multiple vendors for CGI development.
6. Launch and Training Support:
• Collaborate with various internal divisions to support product launch preparations, including accessories and aftersales services.
• Plan and execute product training for regional distributors and internal teams.
7. Ad-Hoc Support:
• Provide support to other functions as needed to ensure smooth product launches and ongoing market support.
