What You Will Do

• Drive product development end-to-end on the features that apply LLM, machine learning and research to KYC/AML problems at scale.
• Build out KYC/AML systems and processes to ensure that the Arta platform is safe and secure.
• Foster collaborative, high-trust working relationships with Engineering, Financial Researchers, User Experience, and Customer Success both collocated and remote
• Lead cross-functional alignment on requirements or constraints that impact end-user experience
• Follow and contribute to Arta's evolving products and features
• Contribute to development of internal/external communications around key features alongside Marketing, Compliance, and Member Success Teams

Who You Are

• Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in product management, co-founder, or a related technical role with an experience of developing and launching fintech products
• Have experience with Risk Management, KYC, AML, and related fields building financial products
• Have experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction
• Able to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority
• Located in Singapore or willing to relocate to Singapore

• Conduct thorough market research to understand the local business environment,

market and user understanding. Identify product localisation needs for the APAC
market and work closely with the wider product, design, engineering and testing
