Job Descriptions

• Manage a team of in-house Technician and Supervisors including roster planning, to carry out day-to-day building M&E services and manage contractors doing maintennace of Soft Services ( Cleaning , Pest control , waste management etc)
• Develop and implement preventive/ corrective M&E maintenance to ensure smooth and efficient operations of services.
• To provide guidance and technical knowledge and advice to the Team to resolve any site maintennace issue. To respond and compile fault cases and highlight any major issue to managers.
• Oversee sub - contractors in fitting out/ reinstatement of A&A works in accordance with authorities/ building’s regulations if needed. Manage minor A&A works M&E /facility-related repair and replacement works.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/ Degree with at least 3 -5 years of relevant office facilities work experience
• Possess some technical knowledge of office maintenance and ability to conduct minor repair work
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft tool (Word, Excel)
• Able to work on after-work hours / weekends (on need basis)
