Description:

• To assist the Facilities Executive on matters relating to the security
• Lead a team of technicans, outsourced security officers and housekeepers to ensure the smooth operations of day-to-day building's operations
• Provide solutions to preventive and corrective maintenance of building facilities and fire protection facilities and equipment at all times
• May be cross-deployed to support other departments/warehouses whenever needed
• Shall always be on standby 24/7, ready to respond to crisis and emergency.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 'O' Level and above is preferred. Candidates with qualification below 'O' level should come with relevant working experiences
• Minimally 2 years of leading a team in any facilities settings
• Relevant knowledge in logistics or warehousing facilities will be advantageous
• Must possess a valid PLRD security license
• Preferably trained in CERT, First Aid and AED

Technician (Facilities)

Responsibilities

• To carry out regular inspections, annual overhaul, servicing and maintenance of equipment and plant ancillaries.
• To assist in the monitoring and replenishment of spares in the store and purchase of essential spares for maintenance work.
• To ensure and maintain proper filling and documentation of administrative, maintenance and service works.
• To ensure safety in all maintenance and service works carried out by staff and contractors.
• To allocate manpower and supervise the staff in carrying out maintenance, troubleshooting and repair works.
• Responsible for the proper and efficient operation of gas making plants and its ancillaries.
• Attend to matters relating to production, quality control, storage and distribution of Town Gas from the Gas Works.
• Attend to faults and breakdowns on gas making plants and their ancillaries.
• To perform standby duties after office hours and attend to breakdown calls from supply branch.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Preferably 2 years of relevant working experience in oil and gas. industry.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspects work for completeness
• Determines material, equipment, and supplies to be used
• Coordinates inspect, repair and maintains the electrical, plumbing, mechanical, bar equipment, and IT networking system and server
• Maintains, and troubleshoots security system, analog camera, digital camera, monitor, switchers and DVR system
• Coordinates renovations of existing facilities and the construction of new facilities
• Coordinates and inspects major contract work on the electrical, plumbing, central air conditioning system and IT system
• Performs preventive maintenance on IT and building equipment
• Assists with the preparation and control of production budgets; maintains inventory and orders specialized supplies
