Requirements:

• Diploma in Facility Management/Building Services, Property, Estate Management, or relevant discipline.
• Possess good communication skills and customer orientated.
• Possess good adaptability and must be a good team player.
• Possess Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certificate recognised by SCDF would be an advantage.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license and own a vehicle would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Managing and leading the Facilities Team.
• Manager key facilities management accounts and act as a single point of contact for these accounts.
• Establish and implement operational procedures for the key accounts.
• Plan and implement improvements and processes for compliance, conduct hazard/risk analysis, safety audits, safety inspections and incident investigations.
• Any other tasks and projects as assigned by HOD/Management.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Facilities Management, Building, Electrical, Mechanical or Aircon Maintenance qualification.
• Min. 5 years working experience in Facilities Management, Buildings (Residential/ Commercial/ School), Electrical, Mechanical or Aircon Maintenance.
• Certified Fire Safety Manager by SCDF is a must.
• Preferably possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
• Good interpersonal skill and able to establish good rapport with clients.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Must be comfortable to be deployed to different work sites.

• Perform assigned operation/maintenance/work orders in hotels.
• Perform planning and overseeing of corrective and preventive maintenance on building Architecture/Structural and M&E aspects.
• Manage and supervise contractors A&A/Renovation/Enhancement projects.
• To source and implement innovation to improve work productivity and efficiency.
• Possess excellent planning, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Higher Nitec in Electrical/Mechanical/Architecture/Project. Management or Building Certificate from a recognized training institute.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in hospitality operation & maintenance, property and/or plant facility management.
• Strong technical background and service quality mindset.
• Basic computer literate and able to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Must be willing to work on rostered rotating shift or normal office hour including weekend & PH.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage system operations via Building Management System (BMS)
• Monitor and response to fire detection and fire protection related alarms.
• Facilitate customer requests on facility services (lights, aircons, pumps, etc.).
• Deploy equipment scheduling in BMS as per customer requests.
• Coordinate fire alarm and fire protection system impairment requests.
• Maintain daily logs of operational issues and maintenance activities.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Higher NITEC/NITEC from a recognized training institute.
• Preferably with 2 years relevant experience in BMS, PA, Fire Alarm and Fire Protection System.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Able to perform 12 hours rotating shifts.
• Computer literacy.
