Job Overview:

To assist the Facilities Manager in managing all the facilities and cleaning related matters.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. To assist the Facilities Manager in coordinating and overseeing the school’s daily cleaning and facilities support to ensure a clean and safe environment for students, staff, and all visitors, including, but not limited to:

• Working closely with the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) Team to ensure high standards (based on NEA’s Environmental Sanitation Regime) of cleanliness and hygiene by overseeing the daily cleaning routines for all school areas, including classrooms, offices, toilets, dining halls, and outdoor areas such as the sports fields, parking lots, outdoor courts etc.
• Supervision and monitoring of required cleaning standards by taking actions, as required, to address any areas of underperformance.
• Assisting in the cleaning of school facilities when required, such as preparing the school for the start of the academic year and other school events.
• Responding to cleaning related feedback from staff and students and addressing the issues promptly.
• Ensuring student areas, such as toilets, dining hall and classrooms, are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily to maintain high standards of hygiene.
• Regularly checking and ensuring replenishment of supplies, such as toilet rolls, hand soap, air freshener etc.
• Responding quickly to any cleanliness emergencies, such as spills, leaks, blockages, biohazard clean up, graffiti and vandalism.
• Undertaking regular inspections to identify and address cleaning needs promptly around the campus.

2. Working as part of the Facilities Team to manage the following:

• Assisting in all logistic support for school events and ensuring facilities are properly and timely set up for use and restored to their original conditions after use.
• Conducting daily check and walk rounds to ensure that school facilities are well-maintained and free from hazards.
• Ensuring school facilities are regularly maintained.
• Conducting regular inspections of the school premises to identify and report any maintenance or cleanliness issues to the Facilities Manager for prompt resolution.
• Overseeing waste collection and disposal processes, ensuring proper segregation and adherence to National Environment Agency guidelines.
• Support school events - working overtime if need be.
• Ad-hoc renovation work.
• Attend facilities related feedback and carry out first level rectifications if possible.

3. Any other duties as assigned by the COO/Facilities Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of facility support experience is preferred.
• O levels or equivalent in the relevant field.
• Team player with positive, cheerful, helpful work attitude and initiative.
• Capable of independent and committed effort, with good organization & interpersonal skills.
• Able to perform shift duties during school terms
• Must be able to work overtime when required for school events

Job Description

The Operation Executive (Clinic Facility and Assets) is a corporate post, experienced in managing the facilities and assets for a group of clinics. The job holder reports directly to the GM and will join the headquarter team.

Maintenance:

· Troubleshoot equipment related problems to minimize equipment downtime.

· Benchmark equipment for technology advancement.

· Manage equipment suppliers to ensure that the delivery meet specification, cost and time.

· Install and setup new equipment as well as equipment connectivity.

· Provide and maintain preventive maintenance specifications to meet ISO requirements

Facilities:

· Manage the day-to-day maintenance and functional operations of assigned outlets/offices

· Ensure that contractors perform their services as per agreed KPIs

· Manage operational administrative procedures are carried out properly

· Recommend, provide justification for, and follow-through the variation of work orders within delegated authority

· Establish good relations between own team members and building owners

· Prepare and present weekly service/maintenance and monthly management reports

Requirement

· Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, Building/ Facilities or equivalent with 5 years of relevant work experience

• Diploma with minimum 4 years of relevant work (M&E) experience

• Experience in M&E preventive and corrective maintenance

• Able tocommunication in English and Mandarin

• Knowledge of IT (advantage)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of technicians on the day-to-day operations
• Attend to user request/reported breakdown, to investigate, check and analyse the requests/faults
• Liaise with Consultants on technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors
• Prepare and manage quotations for improvement, repair and rectification works
• Verifying contractors’ quotations, service reports and invoices
• Issuing of Purchase Order to contractors and ensure works carried out accordingly to quote in timely and orderly manner
• Conduct regular building inspection with accordance to NEN2767 inspection standard
• To conduct general inspection and provide inspection report with recommendation when require
• Assist in emergency drills and provide logistic support for any events held in the building
• Any other ad-hoc FM related duties

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil & Structural recognised by PE Board
• Experience in IFM related field
• Experience in Geotechnical will be an advantage
• Experience in Critical Environments (Data Centre / Cleanroom / Semiconductor plant) is an added advantage
• Able to work in a fast paced environment

Basic Qualification/ Skill required

Minimum - ITE (Electronic ) and skill is the most important qualification.

These are the scope of work if you have no experience and are willing to learn.

Will be performing initial testing, analysis and repair of PCB, and other electro-mechanical assembly.

Responsibility

1. Maintain documentation of parts condition upon arrival, during repair as well as final testing prior to shipping out repaired parts.

2. Repair populated PCB which include but not limited to digital board, analog board, RF,etc.

1. Familiar and proficient with different soldering and desoldering technique (Through hole component, smd, bga).

2. Must be familiar with at least one of the following and able to recognize main building block of : SMPS power supply, Servo amp, stepper motor driver, linear power supply.

3. Able to use oscilloscope to troubleshoot parts, power supply to provide power to board under repair, soldering, station, desoldering station, multimeter.

4. Advance skill that will be a plus point.

5.Knowledge of servo motor, encoder and servo amplifier (Sanyo)

6. Programming skill (C, python, basic , other language).

7. Arduino, Raspberry pi, or any other micro controller and sbc.

8. Understanding of reverse engineering technique as well as ability to reverse engineer a PCB, repairing without schematic availability.

5 days work week

You will prepare operating theatre room and equipment for surgical procedures as well as assist in patient care in the theatre. You will perform portering, housekeeping, despatching duties, including maintaining and replenishing of Operating Theatre supplies. You will also perform adhoc duties as and when assigned by department.
