Reporting to the Team Lead, the candidate will be involved in strategic communications and is required to plan and execute strategies to create awareness of sector-wide developments as well as engage and encourage greater interactions among our sector partners. Stakeholder Management

• Establish strong working relationships with AIC Divisions and external partners across government agencies, healthcare and social services sectors and ensure alignment with the overarching SGO stakeholder engagement and network development strategies
• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans, such as the organization of regular Cluster-level networking platforms to build mindshare, gain awareness of ongoing developments within the landscape, facilitate collaborations and share best practices
• Work collaboratively with key stakeholders such as the Regional Health Systems (RHS), Communities of Care (CoC) and Active Ageing Centres (AACs) to co-create a local community support network for seniors and address their needs in areas such as active ageing, preventive health and other population health initiatives

Change Management
