RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and troubleshoot issues in circuit boards using testing tools like oscilloscopes and multimeters.
- Perform visual inspections and utilize specialized tools to find defects or faults on the board.
- Solder and desolder components to replace damaged or malfunctioning parts.
- Use rework stations and hot air tools for efficient component removal and replacement.
- Conduct functionality tests on repaired boards to confirm they meet required standards.
- Operate automated test equipment (ATE) and custom test setups to verify repairs.
- Keep comprehensive records of repair work, including fault details and resolution steps.
- Communicate recurring issues to design and manufacturing teams to support improvements in future designs.
- Keep current with new repair methods and tools.
- Engage in training sessions and workshops to advance technical skills.
- Parts teardown, re-assembly, re-certification and qualification
- Troubleshoot PCB Electronics
REQUIREMENTS
- Miniumum Diploma / Degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering
- At least 4 years of experience in troubleshooting of PCB Re / Semiconductor Components.
- PCB repair and maintenance in a huge advantage.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for PCB maintenance.
