We are seeking a talented and experienced Animation Manager to join our team and lead the animation efforts for our upcoming projects. As the Animation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the animation team and ensuring the highest quality of animation production from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of animators to create high-quality animations that meet the artistic vision and technical requirements of the project.
• Collaborate closely with the game design, art, and programming teams to integrate animations seamlessly into the gameplay experience.
• Develop and maintain animation pipelines, tools, and workflows to optimize efficiency and ensure consistent quality across projects.
• Provide artistic direction, feedback, and mentorship to animators to foster their growth and development.
• Manage animation schedules, budgets, and resources to meet project milestones and deadlines.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve animation processes and quality.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in animation production for video games, including previous roles as a Lead Animator or Animation Manager.
• Strong artistic and technical skills in character animation, including a solid understanding of animation principles, timing, and weight.
• Proficiency in industry-standard animation software such as Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

The focus of this role is to work in conjunction with the ASEAN Senior Productivity Manager to drive Productivity in ASEAN region working closely with the finance team and business stakeholders in various countries in identifying, prioritizing and partnering with country and global team enabling the delivery of Productivity targets.

Responsibilities:

Forecasting and Budgeting
• Assist ASEAN Senior Productivity Manager in the development of the forecast, plan and other global financial requirements.
• Work closely with finance and related business stakeholders in the preparation of the periodic (monthly, quarterly, annual) forecasts and for identifying and analyzing trends.
• Liaise with ASEAN countries to develop their quarterly forecasts and annual plan.
Monthly Reporting
• Work closely with finance and related business stakeholders in the preparation of the month end closing in Anaplan.
• Prepare monthly reporting decks for review with countries.
• Review various cost lines of the P&L benchmarking them among countries and regions to find opportunities of improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and/or Accounting from a recognized university.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including experience in multi-national companies.
