• Take a leading role in the success of the boutique and be accountable for providing best customer experience, for pre and post selling of products
• Make productive contribution for product and brand promotion by execute assigned task within given time frame and in ways that meet objectives.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and take initiatives within the team. Plays key role in development of other boutique associates.

Branch Operations

1. Support daily operations of the branch and other branches (in the event of inadequate resources) to ensure smooth functioning which includes the following activities:

1. Verify customer’s identification and ensure proper authorization and documentation for any transaction requests
2. Handle cash management tasks including deposits, withdrawals and reconciliations
3. Account Opening
4. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions
5. Any other activities prescribed in the Branch Operational Manual

1. Collaborate with other branch staff and sales team to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service
2. Assist Branch Operations Manager to ensure all branch equipment (e.g. Cash Counting Machine, ATMs, Security, etc.) and facilities are well maintained

Customer Service Management

1. Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and transactions.
2. Provide accurate and prompt information about products and services offered by RHB
3. Support implementation of customer service initiatives within the Branch
4. Maintain high standards of customer service quality and consistency by adhering to Retail Banking service and operational guidelines as well effective use of customer service tools and technologies

Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management

1. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, risk management protocols and internal bank procedures within the branch
