• Assist Construction Manager to prepare and formulate Risk Assessments, implement Safety measures & control at the construction site.
• Overseeing & managing BCA’s SMM requirements, MOM & NEA requirements.
• Supervise and monitor safety measures in construction site, to ensure works are carried out in accordance with the company’s safety procedures and guidelines.
• Ensuring all subcontractors’ safety measures and workers’ working environment meet regulatory work requirements.
• To check and ensure compliance with MOM/NEA and relevant authorities Requirements
• Responsible for all safety inspection activities being carried out.
• Ensuring environmental, safety, and health practices are carried out at all times.
• Adopt and develop digital tools to manage the workforce and EHS matters.

Requirements:

• Possess relevant BCA Safety Training Certifications
• Minimum Secondary School Education / relevant Certificates
• minimum two (2) years experience in Construction Projects
• Experience with Precast/PPVC/MET projects will be an added advantage.
• Organized, meticulous with a positive work attitude.
• Able to work independently and a team player.
• Good analytical, supervision, and communication skills
• Completed Confined Space Assessment Training, with relevant certificates.

• Assess port agencies’ quotation from required port agents.
• Liaise with port agents and ship charterers on tanker movements.
• Coordinate pilot for Singapore inward, berthing, unberthing and outward passage.
• Monitor vessels’ status and movement on a daily basis.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• At least 2 years of operations/post fixtures experience with shipowners, charterers or shipbrokers.

Duties
-Answer phones calls professionally
-Register guests, issue room keys, provide information on hotel services and room location.
-Work closely with the Duty Managers (DM)/Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to ensure daily operations in Front Office are run smoothly.
-Respond appropriately to guest complaints and do service recovery
-May routinely book guest reservations, process cancellations, revisions, and information updates on changes.
-Perform other duties as assigned

JOB SUMMARY

You will be responsible for the success of the outlet and oversee our F&B operations the retail outlet.

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS

· Lead and manage operation team, front and back-of-house staffs across the assigned retail outlet to deliver high level of product and service excellence in accordance with the company’s strategic.

· Develop and direct company’s overall budget planning strategy, goals and cost saving practices.

· Provide leadership and guidance to operation team and restaurant managers on addressing the service, organization and cost issues.

· Research and develop opportunities and plans, understanding market requirements, identify market trends in F&B, and suggest improvements to achieve the company's goals and profits.

· Any other tasks as and when assigned by immediate superiors.

REQUIREMENTS

· Diploma in F&B Management, Hospitality or related discipline

· Minimum 3 years’ relevant knowledge of F&B management, systems and procedures

· Resilient and able to perform under pressure.

· Excellent communications and interpersonal skills

· Strong analytical abilities, highly driven with strong work ethic, personal integrity and excellent leadership qualities.
