• Develop and execute a high-quality cadence/agenda for the Leadership Team, Offsites, Executive Visits, and ensure follow-through on key actions

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of all AV systems, supporting school events, and enhancing the teaching and learning experience through effective AV solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and maintain various AV equipment such as visualisers, projectors, speakers, control panels, switchers, and mixers.
• Oversee and manage AV systems in special rooms, including auditoriums, ensuring smooth operation of sound control panels, microphone setups, and matrix systems.
• Provide technical support and advice for live-streaming and video conferencing for school events.
• Integrate AV solutions with school IT systems and ensure seamless functionality across platforms.
• Manage AV assets, including maintenance, replacement, and inventory.
• Support school events by managing AV setup and providing technical assistance.
• Provide training to staff and students on the use of AV equipment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DESCRIPTION

1. Support in project scope management: develops and maintains project documentation which includes creating project business case, project schedule and issue list, establishing role & responsibility and key tasks/milestones.
2. Collaborate with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are aligned to project requirements/scopes, schedules and costs.
3. Build and sustain effective communication with other roles involved in the project.
4. Assist to write business requirements documents for projects/enhancements.
5. Assist supervisor and team in super user/end user acceptance testing, including executing some test scripts and overseeing and execution of process training.
6. Manage change requests to ensure all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
7. Support in pre and post implementation audits.
8. Manage customer satisfaction within the project period.
9. Support to ensure a seamless handover of successfully implemented project to operations team
10. Perform other job-related functions as assigned.
