5. Filing of e-documents/invoices
6. Proactively follow up on customers’ queries, resolves any outstanding AR issues and invoices
7. Assist in performing bank reconciliation/draft audited financial statements

GL

1. Ensure integrity of GL and timely closing of accounts
2. Preparation of recurring and ad-hoc journal entries for monthly closing
3. Performing fixed asset depreciation and amortisation runs and schedules
4. Reconciliation of fixed assets and conducting taggings/sightings where applicable
5. Performing intercompany related transactions/entries
6. Performing bank reconciliations and accounting for bank charges
7. Computing and preparation of management fees and tax provisions
8. Preparation and maintaining audit schedules
9. Performing staff reimbursement transactions/entries

Job Description

• Assist in the full spectrum of AR duties which includes invoice preparation, sales verification, month end closing and reconciliation.
• Prepare and process documents such as Invoices (Credit Terms & Cash Terms) & Credit Notes.
• Perform tracking & monitoring of collections & payments including updating of Aging list for dissemination to Sales team for follow up.
• Reconcile outstanding payments, billing disputes, discrepancy.
• Prepare & process Purchase Order (PO).
• Assist in the full spectrum of Stock duties which includes daily stock movement, monthly and year-end stock take.
• Ensure AR/AP/GL transaction into the accounting system timely and accurately

Job Requirements

• LCCI Certification or Diploma in Finance or Accounting
• Proficient in MS office applications
• Highly organised, strong time management with the ability to prioritise
• Ability to work independently and is a good team player

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 08.30am to 5.30pm
Saturday 08.30am to 12.30pm
Sunday Rest Day

Salary $2000-$3000

• Ensure work processes are following documented procedures and proper housekeeping of the warehouse.
• Manage inventory accuracy via planned cycle count, monthly inventory reconciliation, inventory analysis and related reports.
• Ensure warehouse operations safety and security.
• Communicate with customers on logistics and service issues.
• Assist in implementation of work improvement projects.
• Lead the team to achieve the department's KPI goals.
