• Be in charge of security related matters such as outsource partners
• Review security procedures and security management timely for improvement initiatives and to address evolving risks.

Experience / Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Professional certification in Workplace Safety & Health
• Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer with MOM (Preferably)
• FSM certification, Biz Safety Level 2
• Manage Work at Height Certificate- Assessor/ Manager
• Preferably with knowledge of local legislation e.g.WSH/SCDF/NEA, Ready to act in emergencies, knowledge in WSH Act, ISO45001, ISO14001, Security Management System
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Tao Li Swimming Club (TLSC) is looking for a full-time, customer-oriented and highly effective Senior Executive/Assistant Manager who loves sports and enjoys interacting with kids and young children. Most of all, we are looking for someone who is passionate about creating high quality experiences for both our Learn-To-Swim Program and Competitive Program swimmers.

Key Roles & Responsibilities include:

(1) Customer Services for TLSC Members

- Handling of direct enquiries on all aspects of the Swim Program and this comprises but not limited to scheduling of new classes, replacement classes, leave of absence and fees payment.

(2) Administrative Duties:

-Maintenance of database for Club members

-Collection of Term Fees for Swim Programs

REQUIRED LANGUAGE ABILITIES: Able to speak and write fluently in both English and Chinese languages.

We are looking for highly driven individuals who want to grow and develop professionally with our Club!

Operations:

· Provides courteous services to guests and responds efficiently and tactfully to guests’ complaints, requests and enquiries.

· To develop and maintain close business contact with house guests and to provide personalized service whenever possible

· Handle cashiering functions and adhere to the Front Office Standard Policies & Procedures

· Maintain good guest relations with in-house guests at all times.

· Handle guest feedbacks promptly according to established procedures and report to supervisor for further follow up when necessary. Glitch reports are to be written when necessary.

· Ensure guest room security, emergency and fire procedures

· Be familiar with hotel facilities and functions as well as major city attractions and events; provide guests with accurate information as requested.

· Ensure a professional and courteous working relationship and maintain an effective flow of communication with all hotel personnel.

Guest Services:

· To provide guests with access to hotel services, forward in-room meal requests, and ensure that mail, faxes, and packages are delivered in a timely manner.

· To deal with irate guests and find ways to resolve issues to the guest's satisfaction.

· To serve as concierges, assisting guests with ground transportation, restaurant or entertainment reservations, and providing other information about the locale.

Experience:

· Experience in Guest Services, with a strong knowledge of Calgary and surrounding areas

· Exceptional interpersonal skills to enhance the service standards throughout the operation

· Good communication and time management skills

· Able to organize, plan ahead and manage workload

· Preferably 1 year of Front Office experience
