We are a MAISON, the first collaborative creative perfumery house for the luxury-lifestyle generation, who want to stand out from everyday scents with sustainable haute couture natural tailor-made perfumes.

We are currently seeking a Retail Executive for our boutiques where you will be trained to become Scent Designers and develop a deep knowledge in perfumery.

Main Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers. Identify their needs/ desires for scents
• Demonstrate your product knowledge and bring them the best guidance to create their own perfume with our unique methodology (you will be trained to become a scent designer!)
• Cross-sell products, upsell and achieve reachable sales targets
• Follow all stock management procedures and support your team to maintain highest standards of display within the boutique or our counters.
• Make sure all merchandising and displays are up to Maison luxury standards.

Basic Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in beauty retail, fashion, F&B or hospitality industry but fresh graduates in retail studies are also welcome!
• Strong sales skills with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiastic, positive, eager to learn and develop yourself with a strong team spirit mindset
• Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
• High attention to details and service oriented
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Fluent in English, Chinese or other languages will be a plus

Basic Salary from $2,300 per month excluding commissions and allowance(where applicable)

On behalf of our hiring client, we seek a suitable candidate to join them as Accounts Executive.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts including AP, AR, and GL functions.
• Process, verify, and maintain invoices/payments and related documents, and assist in following up on discrepancies with customers and vendors.
• Monitor and report daily cash flow and assist with cash flow management and projection.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation, generate monthly closing reports, and assist with accounts reconciliation and management reporting.
• Manage Audit, tax, corporate secretarial, or external regulatory matters and liaise with external parties as required.
• Ensure compliance with financial authority limits, financial reporting standards (FRS), Company policies, and other regulations
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your Superiors

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting or LCCI/CAT
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Familiarity with accounting software and systems
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and set priorities
• Ability to analyse and resolve problems/issues
• Able to converse in Mandarin

Scopes of Works

• Able to handle all accounting matters and responsible for monthly accounting reconciliation
• Responsible for all payroll functions in the company
• Prepare monthly statement claims, GST, CPF and related bills
• Involved in HR duties such as but not limited to, work pass application, payroll processing and maintenance of Employee files
• Perform general administrative duties

• O level and Above
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel , Words and Accounting software

The incumbent will be part of the Migrant Worker Advisory team with the Tripartite Alliance for Dispute Management (TADM).

Job responsibilities:

• Provide advisory services on labour legislations and employment practices (over email, phone and in person);
• Advise customers on matters related to employment disputes and give guidance on options and possible recourse to the disputes and follow through with the case till closure;
• Assist to file employment related claims on behalf of the customer;
• Develop and maintain accurate customer related information into databases.

Job requirements:

• Prior 2-3 years’ experience in human resources, customer service or counselling is an added advantage.
• Able to handle difficult customers and/or sensitive issues calmly, empathetically and professionally.
• You should have a positive attitude and an interest in helping people.
• Must be meticulous and possess good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate well and write concisely.
• Proficient in basic IT programmes like MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint & Outlook.
